Returns & refunds
Contact us before sending anything back — we'll give you a return authorization and the correct shipping instructions.
Firearms
- Before transfer: if you haven't completed the transfer paperwork, tell your dealer not to transfer and contact us. We'll arrange the return from the dealer.
- After transfer: firearms that have been transferred to you can't be returned for refund, as they are legally used firearms once transferred. Manufacturer warranties still apply — we'll help you reach the maker.
- Arrived damaged or wrong item: tell us within 3 days of the dealer receiving it, before transfer. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
- If your background check is denied, the firearm returns to us; we refund the purchase price minus return shipping.
Ammunition
For safety reasons ammunition can't be returned once shipped, except when it arrives damaged or wrong.
Accessories, optics and parts
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Cancellations
You can cancel any order before it ships at no charge. If we can't fill an order — out of stock, or not legal to ship to your location — we cancel it and refund you in full.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. FFL transfer fees are paid to your dealer and are not refundable by us.
